Refund Policy

At Laine & Louise, each piece is thoughtfully crafted with care, and we hope you love your order as much as we loved making it. Because many of our items are made-to-order or personalized, please read below before placing your order:

🦋 All sales are final and non-refundable.
Due to the handmade and seasonal nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

🦋 Personalized or custom items—including hand-painted keepsakes—cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstance.

🦋 Items purchased with a discount code or on sale are final sale.
We are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or further discounts for any imperfections.

🦋 Found a flaw?
If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@laineandlouise.com with photos and your order number. We’ll issue a return label for approved defects. Defective items must be mailed back with tracking within 10 days of delivery to be eligible for a store credit.

🦋 Returns must be unworn, unwashed, and sent back in original packaging with tags attached.

🦋 Store credit will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive your return for processing.
