Shipping policy
At Laine & Louise, we do our best to get your sweet pieces to you as quickly and carefully as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we ship:
🦋 Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated by weight at checkout. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions—use of those codes cannot be combined with other discounts.
🦋 Address Changes
If your shipping address changes before your order has shipped, please email us right away at hello@laineandlouise.com.
Once a package has left our hands, we’re unable to reroute it. If it’s returned or lost due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.
🦋 Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once your order has shipped. At checkout, you’ll have the option to add shipping insurance—we recommend this for added peace of mind. Laine & Louise is not responsible for packages once they are scanned in by USPS.
🦋 Preorders
If your order includes a preorder item, please refer to the estimated arrival window listed in the item description. Preorders will ship 3–5 business days after we receive them.
Please do not order preorder and ready-to-ship items together unless you’re okay waiting. All items in your order will ship together once the preorder arrives.
🦋 Defective Items
Please inspect your items as soon as they arrive. If you notice a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@laineandlouise.com.
If approved, we’ll provide a return label. You’ll have 10 days to send it back with tracking. If the window passes, the item will no longer be eligible for an exchange. Store credit will be issued if a replacement isn’t available.
🦋 Processing Time
Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before shipping. Once your order is fulfilled, it typically arrives within 5–7 business days depending on USPS timelines.
We currently ship within the United States only.
