- Orders cannot be changed once placed (sizes, styles, monograms, etc.). Please double-check before checkout.
- No refunds or exchanges unless there is a manufacturer defect.
- Personalization is always complimentary. If the mockup shows a name or monogram, that option is offered and included. Leave blank if preferred, and enter initials in FLM (first, last, middle) format in all caps.
